The TRCN accreditation process included an extensive, on-the-spot assessment conducted at Schoolinka’s Lagos office. Led by Dr. Okunola Abimbola Hammed, TRCN’s Director of Regulation, Supervision, and Enforcement, the assessment evaluated Schoolinka's readiness to meet the council’s standards for educator training. The Council, established under the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria Act CAP T3 of 2004, is the national body responsible for regulating the teaching profession, ensuring Nigerian teachers uphold international standards of quality, professionalism, and discipline.

With this accreditation, Schoolinka can now offer certifications that carry Mandatory Continuous Professional Development (MCPD) points, which educators can use towards their teaching license renewal. In Nigeria, teachers are required to accumulate a certain number of MCPD points to renew their licenses, making Schoolinka’s certification programs a vital resource for their professional growth.
